Lindsay had fun playing with her Great Grandma Pete, Papa and Kandy who came to visit us in our new place.

Lindsay & Tommy Sitting in a Tree

Lindsay & Tommy had a playdate today. Tommy (just out of the bath) freshened up with a little eau de Johnson & Johnson for Lindsay and Lindsay put on a jean outfit that was cute but didn't look like she was "trying too hard".

It is fun to watch the little ones standing up, crawling, cruising (Lindsay hasn't mastered the last two but Tommy showed her the ropes).

Holding hands...

...sharing toys!

Lindsay's main squeeze. He is so strong!

We Miss You Betsy & Jeff!

Our supper club got together for our annual Thanksgiving celebration at Jessica's place on Friday night. Here's Lindsay with Jess & Jocelyn.

It was a great time and the food was amazing (compliments to all th chefs). We really miss our friends Betsy & Jeff who recently relocated to St. Louis!

Thank You Grandma & Grandpa!

Grandma & Grandpa helped us get settled in our new home. We really appreciated all of their help - especially their trouble shooting and organization skills.

Not to mention, they really helped us with Lindsay. She had a ball playing with them and learning/showing off new skills (including waving and clapping).

Visit with Danielle & Chad

Lindsay was so excited to meet our dear friends Danielle & Chad Weinberg. They used to be part of our Chicago crew (still are in spirit) but now live in Detroit.

Instant pals!

New Place

Grandma & Grandpa Lindsay came to help with our move. They (and mostly Uncle Oscar) brought Lindsay this cute outfit featuring the prince himself.

She spends all of her time "standing" these days.

Being cute is a breeze!

Three Little Kittens...

Lindsay loves this new sleeper with the ones who lost their mittens.
Grandma Ann picked it out for Lindsay knowing she'd love kitties as much as her mom does.

So Long Home

Lindsay is eating her last meal in our old place.
Here she is doing a move we call the "Lindsay salute". A few days later she started waving on command...

Showoff!

First Tooth!

Lindsay's first tooth started to pop through her gums yesterday and today we can see it more clearly. She continues to be happy and tolerates teething just fine.
She also enjoys showing off her new waving skills. In this picture Scott thinks she looks like she's posing for the cover of a woman's magazine.

Baby It's Cold Outside!

I have been wearing my hats for several weeks but this is my notice to adults to pull out your hats for this weekend. Temperatures are falling and it may snow in Chicago!

Is Lindsay Murder Inc. or Bad Boys?

For some reason, I think Lindsay looks one part adorable fashionable baby and one part rap star in this (faux) fur coat.

I knew it...she picked "Bad Boys for Life" - I hope that's not foreshadowing of her
future taste in men!

Hobbies: Swinging, Drooling, Squirming, Being the #1 Fashionista at the Park

We won't mention Lindsay was the ONLY baby at the park yesterday. Guess the other kids are wimps or ate too much candy the night before. Check out her cool wintery tights!

Happy Halloween Birthday

We spent Halloween night celebrating our friend Josh Berin's birthday. If you don't recognize him - it is because he is dressed as a Richard Simmons/Olivia Newton John combo. I wish you could see hislegwarmers.

Here's Lindsay with Megan's dear friend Diane (beautifully styled as an 80s rocker complete with original Motley Crue shirt from Josh's closet).

Lindsay with Great Aunt Charlotte

Lindsay was lucky to get to visit with Megan's dear friend Kari's (aka Aunt Kari) mom, Charlotte Brody, who was visiting from Washington. So, we decided the title was appropriate. Their eyes certainly look like family! The four ladies had a lot of fun on a long Halloween day walk to the lakefront and back.

Halloween Lunch

Lindsay was very sleepy at our girl-time Halloween lunch with Liz & Amanda and their daughters Lauren (giraffe) & Charlie (girly monster). But she still wore her cat outfit.

Lauren & Charlie's costumes both had huge stuffed bellies which were funny to watch them manage while dining.

Ruffle Bum

Yet another style that is oh-so-cute on a baby but oh-so-bad on adults (anything on the bum, that is - not just ruffles).

Lindsay has been under the weather but not too sick to practice her standing and crawling skills.

Here she is in action (sorry it is a little blurry because she is fast).
